2 nights ago I called Globelines Hotline to ask about the slowdown of our connection. Then some representative answered me, inquiring me about my problem. I told him about the slowdown of loading pages in websites, flash videos and failure to show images (they appear as images coming from broken links). He then told me to go to speedtest.net so I could test my connection speed. My connection met the average download speed of 384Kbps (that’s the connection that we’re subscribed at.) He reasoned out that probably I’m having a low memory or a virus on my computer.

It took me 3 HOURS to load a 3 minute video in Youtube.

Fuck You Globelines. I haven’t downloaded a single thing 3 days ago then suddenly your connection slows down. I scan my computer everyday and much to your disappointment, it is not affected by any virus/infection.

And the hell with your 0.3Mbps Average. When I download files the highest speed it could reach is 70Kbps. Pathetic. If you weren’t most reliable ISP here in Tacloban City, I wouldn’t have subscribed on you and your lame services.
